How do I receive my order?
All purchased products will be available per download link. You will receive a link in your order confirmation by email. Further you will be able to download your purchased products in your registered customer account.
Can I order a physical copy of my purchase?
Products can be obtained as downloads only.
I didn’t receive an account registration email after registering. What can I do?
Please double check your spam folders and junk mail filter settings. Sometimes emails directly get sorted out as spam. If you need further assistance please get in contact with us via the support form on our website.
I can’t find my product serial number, can you resend it?
You will be provided the serial number of your product in the purchase confirmation sent to you by email. Please keep this information for further records. If you’ve lost this information for any reason before you’ve registered your product, please get in contact with us via the support form on our website.
Can I use a different sampler software than KONTAKT to use your virtual instrument?
No - all our instruments are encoded by Native Instruments and will only work with Native Instruments software like KONTAKT PLAYER, KONTAKT, KOMPLETE KONTROL, MASCHINE.
On how many systems can I install the Ravenscroft 220 VI instruments?
By registering your product within the Native Access application you are eligible to install it on two systems at once. If you want to use it on more systems, additional licenses can be purchased at a discounted rate, depending on how many licenses you need. Please get in contact with us via the support form. We shall be pleased to offer you a package price for multiple licenses.
The Ravenscroft 220 VI has disappeared from KONTAKT. What happened?
KONTAKT offers you to select libraries for showing and/or hiding them in the library browser. Please re-select the library for being shown in Options | Libraries within KONTAKT.
I have received my products serial number. What’s next?
Having received your products serial number please download and install the latest version of the Native Access application. You can obtain the app within the downloads folder of your customer account or by downloading it from our website at -> Support -> Downloads.
Register your product within Native Access and follow the instructions shown during registration.
Do I need to register a Native Instruments customer account to use your products?
Yes - Our products are based on the Native Instruments KONTAKT platform. For using the Native Access application you need to register a customer account with Native Instruments first.
How do I install the Ravenscroft 220 VI Lite product?
Please register your product within the Native Access application when installing your product for the first time. Having successfully registered your product click „Not installed“ within Native Access. Choose the Ravenscroft 220 VI Lite, click INSTALL and follow the further instructions.
How do I install the Ravenscroft 220 VI product?
First download all necessary product files from your customer account and unzip the content. Copy the files to the hard drive you want to use it with e.g. an external SSD drive.
Please register your product within the Native Access application when installing your product for the first time.
Having successfully registered your product click „Not installed“ within Native Access. Choose the Ravenscroft 220 VI, click ADD LIBRARY. Locate your libraries files by clicking BROWSE and choosing the library folder. Click INSTALL and you are all set.
